Responsible for executing all survey - related activities at site, ensuring accurate measurements, alignment, and positioning in accordance with project drawings and specifications. The role involves conducting pre-construction, ongoing, and post-construction surveys while maintaining proper documentation and quality standards.
- Establish benchmarks and control points as per the approved survey plan.
- Carry out day-to-day survey activities and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct topographical surveys and post-construction surveys to capture as-built data.
- Perform calibration of survey instruments in coordination with the QC Engineer.
- Execute land and construction surveys using modern equipment such as Total Station and Auto Level.
- Interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for accurate site execution.
- Set out works in accordance with project drawings and verify site levels, alignments, and dimensions.
- Prepare and maintain field notes, survey reports, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams for survey requirements.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with project quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct quantity measurements and assist in volume calculations (e.g., earthwork, excavation).
- Maintain and safeguard survey instruments, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Assist in boundary surveys and land demarcation activities.
- Monitor structural movement, settlement, and deformation where required.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures during survey operations.
- Support preparation of survey data for CAD drawings and reports.
