SURVEYOR (Civil)

Purpose of Position

• The job incumbent is responsible for execution/inspection in QA/QC field of Civil Projects (Infrastructure / Commercial Structures) in utility scale Solar Power Plants.
• The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy

Major Responsibilities

Inspection of Civic Projects - Infrastructure / Commercial Structures in the following:

• Soil Investigation
• Design
• Structures
• Lab Testing
• Piling / Foundation
• RCC
• Review of QAP & Quality Manuals
• Overview construction activities and report on daily basis to Project Manager.
• Inward material inspection
• Supervision of Client contractor's construction works at site against the agreed contract with reference to approved design and timelines.
• To be available full time at site for supervision during site working hours or as per the work requirement or as per the site manager instructions.
• Ensure only release to construct or implement/GFC (Good for construction) Drawings /standard operating procedures/method statement and other relevant documents are being used at site. Obsolete documented shall be controlled and not used. Revision if any shall be clearly marked in the documents /drawings with approval.
• Ensure document management and control in line with our requirement.

Qualification :

• Min 5yrs of experience into solar industry.
