Surveillance Expert

• Responsible for hands-on implementation, operation, and support of large-scale surveillance and CCTV systems.

Surveillance System Implementation

• Plan, deploy, and configure CCTV surveillance systems across various sites and operational environments.
• Perform installation, configuration, and commissioning of cameras, video management systems, and associated surveillance hardware.
• Ensure seamless integration of surveillance systems with command and control platforms.

Operations and Monitoring

• Oversee real-time monitoring, incident detection, and response management for surveillance operations.
• Analyze incidents and system alerts to ensure timely resolution and system reliability.
• Support continuous system uptime through proactive operational checks.

Network and Infrastructure Support

• Apply networking fundamentals including LAN and WAN concepts to support surveillance system connectivity.
• Assist in configuration and troubleshooting of network-related issues impacting video streaming and data transmission.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CCTV, VMS, storage systems, and access control hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to surveillance infrastructure.
• Manage data storage systems and ensure proper archival, retrieval, and maintenance of video data.

Security and System Reliability

• Support Network Detection and Response activities related to surveillance infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, operational guidelines, and best practices for surveillance systems.
