Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for the role of Surgery Team Lead/Quality Analyst.
Responsibilities include overseeing and ensuring operational standards, conducting quality audits, and implementing quality control and collaborating with the surgical team to drive compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Surgery coding experience- 5-7 yesrs
- Ability to lead teams with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in complex surgical coding is highly desirable.
