Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Support Staff to join our House Keeping & Laundry team at Aster Medcity, located in Ameerpet. The ideal candidate will have in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in patient rooms and public areas.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to prevent cross contamination.
Train and supervise new staff members on cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping and laundry services, preferably in a hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, infection control, and health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to lift heavy cleaning equipment and supplies, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
