We provide personalized one-on-one therapies, evidence-based interventions, and family-centered consultations, all focused on enhancing communication, independence, and daily life skills. Our services, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral therapy, and psychological assessments, are accessible at nominal fees, ensuring that every child has access to quality care. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Specialist – Physical Therapies located in Kolkata. The Support Specialist will assist with patient-centered physical therapy sessions, including planning and executing rehabilitation exercises, monitoring patient progress, and providing support for home care activities. Additional responsibilities will involve collaborating with other therapeutic specialists, maintaining detailed patient records, and contributing to creating and refining tailored care plans.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation to support the design and implementation of patient treatment plans
  • Proficiency in Patient Care and Home Care activities to ensure continuity in therapy and support outside clinical settings
  • Knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to physical therapy and rehabilitation
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to empathize and communicate effectively with children and their families
  • Degree or certification in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, or related fields
  • Experience working with children with developmental or physical disabilities is a plus
  • Commitment to a multidisciplinary approach and collaborative team environment
