Medical Doctor (MBBS)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Doctor (MBBS) located in Gurugram. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for patient consultations, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and providing quality medical care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities also include managing patient data, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring adherence to medical protocols, and contributing to a culture of excellence in healthcare delivery. The doctor will also provide patient education and support preventive care initiatives.

Qualifications

• A recognized MBBS degree and valid medical license
• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish trust, and effective communication with patients
• Experience in record-keeping, maintaining accurate patient records, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Adept at working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of the latest medical technologies and willingness to engage in continued professional development
• Experience with health tech platforms or digital health tools is a plus
