Job Description
The Deputy Manager for Support Residential Sales Flooring is tasked with expanding market reach and increasing sales opportunities within the residential sector. This role involves leveraging the expertise and customer relationships of external partners to effectively grow the business's customer base and revenue. The Deputy Manager will work closely with dealers and distributors to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence. A key focus will be on developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of the residential flooring market, including competitive intelligence and market trends. The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position demands a blend of technical know-how, strategic thinking, and excellent negotiation skills to drive success.

Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the residential flooring sectorbr Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve and exceed sales targets ensuring alignment with company goalsbr Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to foster longterm partnershipsbr Negotiate and close agreements with large customers securing longterm partnerships and enhancing revenue streamsbr Monitor and analyze performance metrics suggesting improvements to optimize sales processes and increase efficiencybr Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts to guide strategic planning and decisionmakingbr Stay uptodate with new product launches ensuring sales team members are informed and engaged with the latest offeringsbr Use customer feedback to generate ideas for new features or products enhancing customer engagement and satisfactionbr Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to stay updated on market trends and challenges informing strategic initiativesbr Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales through collaborative effortsbr Ensure compliance with sales finance and legal policies and procedures maintaining integrity and accountabilitybr Build an open communication environment for the team fostering collaboration and innovation to drive successbr Use SAP and other ITrelated applications to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencybr Develop and maintain excellent customer relationship management ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyaltybr Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen entrepreneurship and a global mindset to drive strategic initiativesbr Excel in people management focusing on building and managing teams interpersonal relationships and conflict management
