The Role
We're looking for a detail-driven Support & Manual Tester who thrives in the quiet hours of the night. This isn't your typical testing/support rolehere, you'll be at the heart of keeping a live streaming platform stable, reliable, and user-friendly.
What You'll Do
Act as the first line of support during night shifts, resolving issues in real time.
Test new features manually to ensure a smooth user experience across devices.
Log, track, and validate bugs, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Collaborate with the product and tech teams to escalate and fix critical issues.
Prepare clear, concise test cases and support documentation.
Be the calm in the stormspot problems before users even notice them.
What We're Looking For
03 years of experience in support or QA/manual testing.
Strong eye for detail and a knack for breaking things (in a good way).
Basic understanding of software/web testing processes.
Good communication skillsable to explain issues clearly to both users and developers.
Comfortable working night shifts (IST time zone).
Bonus if you've worked in video streaming, SaaS, or customer support earlier.
