Job Description

General Summary

Equabli is looking for a talented Client Onboarding and Technical Support Engineer to help reimagine and reinvent how collections and recoveries are done in the US. You will be a part of a passionate talented team that is growing and be responsible for achieving the team's roadmap goals.

This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and passionate Software Engineer who has previously worked at Tech scale-up, SaaS model and familiar with the challenges of a Start-up.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Client and Partner Onboarding tasks in SaaS model: Understand and document requirements and dissipate knowledge to team, perform Product configuration, BAU Tasks and Integration Testing to onboard clients/partners.
  • Assign and prioritize staff tasks, debug application logs, analyse data in tables.
  • Executing and/or Monitoring Scheduled and Ad-hoc jobs, reporting and/or resolving any issues in jobs processing.
  • Tasks automation using SQL Script, Excel and 1 or more from PowerShell, JavaScript, Python.
  • Escalate tickets with adequate documentation to L2/ L3 team, do RCA to avoid repeating issues in future.
  • Create and update Implementation guides, Knowledgebase, SOPs.
  • Develop DIY guides, FAQ lists for end users..

Requirements

  • 8+ years Production/ Product Support experience preferably handling multiple clients.
  • Good understanding on database concepts and skilful in writing SQL Queries.
  • Should have good experience with IT tools, Excel, Postman, Logs debugging, analysing data flows, any ticket management tool.
  • Scripting in any language, e.g., PowerShell, JavaScript, Python.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, coordination and communication skills.
  • Finance domain (at least 1 from Banking, Insurance, Investment, Debt Management etc) experience is highly desirable..

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related disciplines.
