Job Description
The Associate Manager for Support L&D HCGA WDIPL is tasked with the strategic design, implementation, and management of comprehensive learning and development initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing employee capabilities, boosting performance, and aligning with organizational objectives. The incumbent will focus on identifying and analyzing training needs, crafting structured learning programs, and fostering continuous skill development across all levels. The goal is to cultivate a competent and future-ready workforce. The role demands a strong understanding of talent management, training analysis, and business acumen to effectively support the organization's growth. Additionally, the position requires proficiency in HRIS and a global mindset to address diverse learning needs. The Associate Manager will also ensure that training programs are aligned with business goals and are effectively monitored for performance improvements.

Principal Accountabilities
Identify technical training needs and develop effective training programs for all employees ensuring alignment with organizational goalsbr Design and implement structured learning programs that enhance employee capabilities and support continuous skill developmentbr Develop and maintain monitoring systems to ensure employees are performing job responsibilities according to training standardsbr Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives meet business needs and contribute to overall performance improvementbr Utilize HRIS to track and analyze training effectiveness and make datadriven decisions for program enhancementsbr Foster a global mindset and business acumen within the team to address diverse learning needs and support organizational growthbr Ensure that all training and development initiatives are aligned with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to building a futureready workforce
