We are seeking a Support/Implementation Engineer to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to develop their technical skills and contribute to customer success.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers during the implementation process.
- Assist in the configuration and integration of software solutions for clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate smooth adoption of the software.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Understanding Application and to support on application understanding to the stakeholders
- Good communication skills English and Hindi
