About The Team:

The Network & Acquirer Solutions (NAS) team is at the heart of American Express. Each year, we power billions of transactions through our global payments network, serving our Issuing & Acquiring partners in more than 170 markets worldwide. We grow revenue by driving strategic, multi-year initiatives to deliver differentiated value to our merchants, partners, and customers.
Position Summary

The role will be a part of the Network Services team, within Network & Acquiring Solutions (NAS) organization and is responsible for building and managing relationships with either internal or external business partners to provide technical consulting on AXP NAS network capabilities, helping them leverage our product suite to grow the AXP portfolio and business.

Responsibilities:
.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on network technical requirements to support partners and enhance product adoption via multiple operational process.
.Execute on projects and be able to manage multiple projects at a time
.Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects
.Demonstrate the ability to prioritize time-sensitive and high-risk tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
.Collaborate directly with partners to drive initiative efficiently and effectively.
.Adapt quickly to new processes and evolving business requirements to maintain operational effectiveness.

Skills Required:
.Proven ability to drive results through clear communication, collaboration, and a strong focus on achieving targets.
.Strong prioritization and time management skills with a track record of working successfully on global initiatives.
.Demonstrated relationship management skills, building trust and driving collaboration across diverse stakeholders.

.Basic understanding of Payment Products supported by Amex partners (Safekey, Digital Wallet, Tokenization).
.Advanced to expert-level knowledge of payment and card industry technology, with the ability to apply this expertise to business initiatives.
.Proficient in creating and maintaining operational trackers, performance dashboards, and process documentation in Excel.
