Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Support Executives to join our Wholesale Calling Team. The role involves interacting with wholesale customers, addressing their queries, and ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution through calls, emails, chat, and ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to wholesale inquiries.
- Respond to queries through calls, emails, chat, or CRM/ticketing systems.
- Log, track, and update customer interactions and issues in the CRM accurately.
- Provide correct product or order-related information to customers promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and operations) for issue resolution.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure timely follow-up on pending cases.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate complex cases to senior support staff.
Required Skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools.
- Problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 01 year of experience in customer support, telecalling, or similar roles.
