IAM Support Engineer

At Tuebora, we build intelligent Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions that help enterprises secure and simplify access. As an IAM Support Engineer (L1), you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers identity systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
You'll be the first point of contact for technical queries — troubleshooting issues, resolving access challenges, and collaborating closely with engineering teams when deeper intervention is needed.
What You'll Do
- Respond to and manage incoming IAM-related support tickets
- Troubleshoot user provisioning, access control, and authentication issues
- Perform basic log analysis and diagnostics
- Escalate issues with complete technical context when required
- Communicate clearly with enterprise customers across global regions
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base
- Work closely with engineering and product teams for resolution
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in IAM / IT support / application support roles
- Understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts
- Hands-on exposure to Linux, MySQL, APIs, and cloud environments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
