Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular physical audits to verify the location and status of hardware assets, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all hardware assets.
• Track software assets, including licenses, versions, and usage.
• Maintain a complete inventory of desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Provide first-class PC support using strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Assist customers with software package installations to ensure high-performing and reliable IT systems.
• Install and configure operating systems on client computers, including installation of required drivers and supporting software.
• Ensure systems are configured correctly and tested after installation to meet operational standards.
