Role Overview
Instrumentation and Control Solutions is looking for an IT Desktop Support Engineer to manage IT assets, support users and endpoints, and administer manufacturing automation systems while ensuring regulatory and validation compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage user accounts, system access, and Active Directory support.
Networking & Server, DNS, Active Directory
IT inventory and asset lifecycle management
User access management, endpoint security, backups, networking and IT SOP compliance.
Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting.
L1/L2 support for hardware, OS, and applications .
OS and application administration, patching, security, and vendor coordination.
