How You Will Contribute:
- Resolve incidents and troubleshoot issues across OM, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement modules.
- Monitor and manage concurrent job failures, ensuring timely recoveries.
- Develop and deploy fixes utilizing PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to drive ticket resolutions and implement enhancements.
- Support UAT and transition new projects into steady-state operations.
The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 815 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 (preferably R12.2.4+) support and development.
- Advanced skills in PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Workflows is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SCM modules like OM, Inventory, Procurement, BOM, Shipping, etc.
- Familiarity with logistics systems such as OTM, GTM, and 3PL is a plus.
