Collect stats on the product performance, and coordinate with the internal product & development team for issues, features, enhancements, and resolutions.
Understand analysis of software application functionality, application monitoring, and suggesting improvements.
Provide necessary technical support for the team.
Manage monthly and ad-hoc product releases.
Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating severe concerns to the Senior Engineer and architects.
Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
Should be providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
SLA Management
Owns change management process.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar with 3-6 years of experience.
Familiarity with logs reading, Java & Linux.
Strong knowledge of Postgres or RDBMS
Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and clients.
