About the Role:
We are hiring a smart and confident civil engineer with a techno-commercial mindset who can communicate with clients for and after lead generation, explain the project scope and technical value, and assist in converting leads into confirmed contracts. This role bridges technical understanding and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads shared by the sales or liaison team
- Understand client plot details, project requirements, and expectations
- Explain technical scope (structure type, foundation, elevation, etc.) in simple terms
- Provide rough BOQ or cost estimates in coordination with the costing team
- Handle objections, build client confidence, and fix meetings for sales closure
- Coordinate with CRM, BD, and engineering team for smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain a lead follow-up tracker with call notes and conversion status
- Candidate Requirements:
- (Diploma or B.Tech) with 1 year of experience
- Prior experience in client handling, estimation, or project coordination is preferred
- Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Confident on calls, organized in follow-ups, and strong customer-first approach
