Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 technical support for applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Lead and mentor junior support staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for critical applications, guiding troubleshooting efforts.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve production line issues.
  • Document support processes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.

Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in Application Support and Technical Support
  • Proven L2/L3 support leadership capabilities
  • Familiarity with production line troubleshooting and L2 issue resolution (nice-to-have)
  • Ability to act as an SME and provide guidance to teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills

Education:Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience
