The purpose of the role is to undertake and meet the All types mechanical maintenance of PMRP equipment's
- Goals ( These sample goals can be aligned, as required, to 3C + 2S during goal setting)
- Report and implement at least 2/month safety and near-miss observations
- Minimize SOP deviations.
- Mechanical maintenance of PMR
- Suggest targeted 2 of workplace improvements and ensure at least 80% of these are implemented
- Minimize safety violations by implementing safety practices

- Knowledge in PMR maintenance & operation.
- Knowledge of maintenance of Furnaces, filter press, tanks, hydraulic system, pumps, Agitator, Gearboxes, blower, scrubber, Reactors, Glass vessel, Bag filter, Dryer, fans, piping, chiller, cooling tower, PHE, ventilation system, AHU etc.
- Key Responsibilities / Tasks / Activities
- PMR plant maintenance.
- Conduct toolbox talk / safety / quality pep talk and allocate perform work allocation as per maintenance plan.
- The role involves strict compliance of statutory stipulations and compliance of maintenance, quality, safety, health and environment parameters as well as energy conservation in area under jurisdiction.
- To conduct PM,CBM, lubrication and attend breakdown jobs.
- Maintaining 5'S of plant.
- Maintain equipment's readiness and spares.
- Planning of Shutdown Jobs.
- Planning of shop floor minimum spares quantity.
- Operation of Furnaces, Blower, pumps, Valve, cooling tower etc.
- Self-maintenance, House Keeping.
- Reporting to area head and Section head.
- Daily Logbook / check list data entry.
- Monitoring and maintain critical spares of equipment's.
- Willing to work in shift duty
