Key Result Areas/Accountabilities | Supporting Actions |
Laboratory Testing Support | Assist in sample preparation, testing, and inspection as per defined procedures and standards. Operate basic lab equipment under supervision and ensure correct handling, labeling, and storage of samples |
Fabrication Support | Support fabrication jobs such as cutting, drilling, grinding, welding assistance, and fitting as per drawings and work instructions. Ensure correct material usage and dimensional accuracy. |
Quality Assurance | Perform basic dimensional and visual checks on fabricated components. Record observations, identify deviations, and inform supervisors to prevent rework and rejection. |
Equipment & Tool Maintenance | Support routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and upkeep of lab instruments and fabrication tools. Identify abnormal conditions and escalate breakdowns to maintenance. |
Housekeeping & Documentation | Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and the surrounding work area following 5S or housekeeping standards. Accurately update basic maintenance checklists, breakdown records, shift handover notes, and other required logs to ensure traceability and compliance. |
