Job Description
As the Deputy Manager for Support Commercial Sales Flooring, you will lead the commercial sales function and drive business development within your assigned area. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to leverage market intelligence to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with company goals and drive growth in the commercial flooring sector. Your expertise in product knowledge and customer centricity will be crucial in effectively selling our flooring solutions to commercial clients. You will manage and nurture relationships with channel partners to expand market reach and increase sales. Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and professionally is a key aspect of this role. You will utilize Salesforce to monitor sales activities and provide insightful reports to management. Additionally, you will negotiate contracts and deals to maximize profitability while fostering a high-performing sales team. Your ability to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive working environment will be essential to the success of the team.
