Job Description

Qualification # Diploma Engineering (Mechanical)

Experience # minimum 2-3 years in Aluminium Casting House Equipment Operation

Person should have hands on experience of operation of Aluminium Casting Equipment (Furnace, Casting Machine, ACD, CFF, DBF)

• Person should have experience of operating the Casting Machine Operator's Panel, Mold & starting head preparation

• Person should be well versed withcasting setup equipment and auxiliaries

• Shift production of casting machine-1 &2

• Daily production recording & reporting

• Co-ordination with furnace in charge

• Cycle time monitoring & recordingof casting machines

• Colling tower & Argon facilities operations

• Inputs planning for all furnaces ( Scrap + Molten metal + Alloys)

• Co-ordination with pot room + CRM team

• Cycle time monitoring & recording of furnaces

• Shift breakdown & PTW system implementation

• Safety standard implementation

• Premium LSHS, NG, LPG facilities monitoring &recording

• Reporting Of UA,UC and Near misses
