Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and research potential leads using online tools, directories, and platforms.
- Execute outbound email marketing campaigns to nurture and engage prospects.
- Support LinkedIn marketing activities, including outreach, messaging, and profile optimization.
Campaign Content Creation
- Create visually appealing posts, banners, and creatives for email and LinkedIn campaigns using tools like Canva (or similar).
- Assist in developing marketing content such as emails, posts, and promotional materials.
Marketing Operations Support
- Update and maintain lead databases and track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Monitor engagement metrics and share campaign insights.
Documentation & Process Support
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and follow internal processes.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic understanding of email marketing and LinkedIn outreach is an advantage.
- Ability to use Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing creatives.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn digital marketing tools and platforms (training will be provided).
Eligibility
- Any graduate (MBA, BBA, BCom, BA, BCA, BE, or related fields).
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in marketing support / lead generation.
- Passion for Email marketing and creative content development.
