NCS is looking for a Technical Solution Designer who will lead the design, implementation, and governance of Process Intelligence solutions across Celonis, Signavio, and multiple supporting platforms. This role is responsible for guiding technical architecture, onboarding applications into the Optus network, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and CAB requirements, and providing advisory support for end to end solution delivery.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with Celonis and SAP Signavio.
- Knowledge of UiPath RPA & ServiceNow
- Expertise in data modelling, SQL, ETL pipelines, API integrations, and SSO technologies.
- Understanding of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure hosting models.
- Knowledge of on‑prem and cloud application data structures, relational models, and integration protocols.
Professional Skills
- Ability to lead cross‑functional technical workstreams and manage complex technical dependencies.
- Strong communication skills to translate requirements between business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in ITIL operations, incident/problem/change management.
- Strong documentation and architectural design skills.
