Support Analyst-P&C_TnM

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to provide monitoring and support for our leading client, Barclays. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Unix/Linux administration, Windows servers, and networking concepts, with experience in application monitoring and issue resolution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and provide support for applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Administer Unix/Linux systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Maintain and support Windows servers and related services.
• Apply networking knowledge to support application connectivity and resolve related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and ensure smooth operations.
• Document support procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

• Strong Unix/Linux administration skills.
• Clear understanding of Windows servers and networking concepts.
• Experience in application monitoring and support.
• Familiarity with MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager) is preferred.
