Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work with Tableau to create dashboards and reports for operational reporting

• Analyze support KPIs to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide actionable insights

• Extract and interpret ticketing data using Zendesk

• Support weekly and monthly reporting cycles and handle ad-hoc analysis requests

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports

• Provide insights to improve operational efficiency and customer support processes
