Job Description

  • Configure laptops, desktops, and required IT peripherals for new employees, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain software, productivity tools, and licensed applications across multiple teams.
  • Manage Active Directory (AD) tasks including creating/modifying user accounts, resetting passwords, assigning security groups, and ensuring access governance.
  • Handle user onboarding and offboarding including system setup, permissions, email creation, and access removal.
  • Monitor and maintain IT assets, hardware inventory, and device lifecycle management.
  • Troubleshoot system-level issues, network connectivity problems, VPN access, printer configurations, and performance concerns.
  • Ensure endpoint security by installing patches, antivirus updates, and following IT security protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT needs for operations, HR, finance, and management.
  • Manage ticketing through an IT helpdesk system and ensure timely resolution of issues and SLAs.
  • Provide remote technical support for distributed and hybrid teams.
  • Assist in implementing IT policies, SOPs, compliance standards, and best practices.
