Working on support and operations service we provide to our global suppliers across attractions and venue experiences. As a part of the supply operations team, your goal is to maintain consistent support for our suppliers, regional heads, and coordinators. You will play a key role in getting product listing, Configuration, API Remapping and maintaining accurate front-end information on the website.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle real-time supplier requests and ensure timely resolution. Assist with executing support to maintain and update venue services and information on the website
- Ensure that venue details are displayed end-to-end correctly and optimally on the website.
- Collaborate closely with regional coordinators to keep product content, descriptions, calendars, images, and pricing updated, especially for seasonal events and temporary exhibitions, so that they are accurate and up to date
- Work closely with various configuration teams at the client site to maintain real-time updates for both end-to-end experience availability and venue sales availability on the website's product pages.
- Configure and integrate product mapping as per the strategies between backend systems and the website to ensure seamless data flow.
- Created and configured the new product attraction, venue, and experiences) before publishing them on the website
- Monitor the availability of seasonal venues and support the execution of availability updates based on real-time inventory.
