Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Planning Manager to drive efficient inventory allocation and ensure timely product availability across channels. The role focuses on maintaining high fill rates, optimizing supply flow, and closely tracking lead times to support business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute inventory allocation strategies to ensure optimal stock availability across locations/channels

Monitor and improve fill rates through proactive demand-supply coordination

Track supplier and internal lead times, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions

Periodical stock replenishment of own factories/TPM's sku's

Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely replenishment

Analyse inventory trends to prevent stock-outs and excess inventory

Support supply planning cycles with accurate forecasting inputs and allocation decisions

Network Planning for Promos adopting the principle of First Time Right

Develop reports and dashboards to monitor allocation efficiency and supply KPIs

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply planning processes

Resolve supply bottlenecks and escalate risks in a timely manner

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of supply planning and inventory management principles

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication skills

Data-driven decision-making mindset

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, or related field

36 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or allocation roles

Experience with SAP ERP/planning tools preferred

Advanced Excel/data handling skills desirable
