The role
We're now looking for three Supply Planners, responsible for ensuring an efficient supply chain for one of our product units: Tools, Inserts, or Round Tools. You work closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and planning teams, as well as proactively managing risks and opportunities to support the S&OP process. You report to the Global Demand and Supply Planning Manager.
What You'll Do
- Own the mid-term (218/24 months) supply plan, including Rough-Cut Capacity Plan and converting aligned S&OP demand into supply plans.
- Together with S&OP Lead, prepare and facilitate the Supply Reviews for efficient decision making.
- Balance global demand with production capacities, supplier constraints, and distribution requirements.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders when risks may impact service levels or costs.
- Drive initiatives to reduce lead times, improve stock utilization, and enhance cost efficiency.
- Ensure quality of supply data in collaboration with IT and Master Data teams.
- Support execution of the Seco Inventory Policy and drive adherance for product portfolio.
Location and flexibility
This role is based in Stockholm/Fagersta, Sweden or Pune, India, and we offer a hybrid work setup.
What We're Looking For
You bring solid experience in supply planning and S&OP within a global manufacturing environment. You have proven experience with mid- to long-term planning horizons (218/24 months), along with a track record working with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) and good knowledge of replenishment methods.
