Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and suppliers across different time zones.
  • Possess good knowledge of SAP MM Module.
  • Hands-on experience in Rapid Response (Kinaxis) Supply Planning Module.
  • Run monthly SIOP Supply Planning Review.
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors timely and follow up for order confirmation.
  • Coordinate with vendors on actual delivery status and expedite critical orders.
  • Experience handling drop shipments on the logistics side.
  • Complete Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report on time for review.
  • Meet/exceed service levels and inventory targets through planning metrics.
  • Coordinate with SIOP, Customer Support, Sourcing, and Logistics teams.
  • Manage Material Master database and report performance metrics.
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies for continuous planning process improvement.
  • Perform root cause analysis to resolve service issues quickly.
  • Prepare customized reports to analyze and improve processes.
  • Manage and review inventory effectively.
  • Proficient in SAP ERP MM module, BI Portal, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Strong Excel and presentation skills.
  • Solid experience in import and local procurement (Buy to Sell model).
  • Knowledge of Material Management Metrics such as OTTR, OTFP, Inventory DOS, ITR.
  • Familiar with PFEP (Plan for Every Part) and 12 Blockers.
  • Create IOS inventory liquidation plan with SIOP, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Improve inventory levels while meeting project and customer delivery needs.
  • Drive PFEP implementation at site/DC level.
  • Define stocking and replenishment strategies (Push vs. Pull) to support maximum service with minimum inventories per the Annual Operating Plan.
  • Work closely with procurement to resolve supply constraints and propose solutions.
  • Identify and solve material-related issues independently; ensure availability of required materials.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects/kaizens.
  • Enhance material management processes for better business outcomes.
  • Address material constraints in collaboration with procurement.
  • Coordinate engineering change activities with procurement and Honeywell sites.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in supply planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management, or manufacturing materials functions.
  • Experience working with SAP is mandatory.
  • Experience working in Sales & Operating Planning (S&OP, SIOP) process environments is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
