About the Role

As the Supply Lead, you will be responsible for building and scaling LoveLocal's supply backbone — ensuring high availability, efficient operations, and strong partner networks.

This role is critical to delivering a seamless customer experience by ensuring that what users see is always available, affordable, and deliverable.

What You'll Own

1. Supply Network Expansion

• Drive Delivery Partner (DP) onboarding across key clusters
• Build and scale a reliable vendor ecosystem

2. Availability & Fulfillment

• Ensure high product availability across categories
• Optimize fulfillment rates and reduce cancellations
• Solve real-time supply gaps with quick interventions

3. Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage relationships with:
• Vendors
• Delivery partners
• Improve partner performance through structured engagement

4. Cost & Efficiency

• Own cost per order and supply-side efficiency
• Identify levers to optimize logistics and operational costs

5. Partner Experience (PQMI)

• Improve DP experience, quality, and performance
• Ensure smooth onboarding, training, and issue resolution

6. Supply-Demand Matching

• Work closely with RX & Growth teams to ensure:
• Right supply in high demand areas
• Balanced marketplace dynamics

• Order fulfillment %
• Reduced cancellation rates
• Lower cost per order
• Strong vendor & DP retention
• Improved SLA adherence
• Delivery Partner Experience & control DP churn

Who Are We looking at :

• 4–7 years in supply chain / logistics / marketplace ops
• Strong experience in vendor or partner management
• Analytical thinker with cost optimization mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
• Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel skills are non-negotiable.
