  • Oversee and optimise logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
  • Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain processes
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to improve overall efficiency
  • Manage relationships with logistics vendors and negotiate contracts to achieve the best value
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team to achieve organisational goals

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Partnering Lead should have:

  • A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the retail/personal care industry
  • Proven expertise in logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
