Supply & DRP Planner

We are seeking a DRP & Supply Planner to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to create and manage the distribution and production plans to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock. You will be responsible for leading the production planning process for your portfolio, working with various teams to align demand signals, and driving continuous improvement to optimize the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply and Production Planning: Create and maintain a 24-month unconstrained plan for stock movements and a robust, feasible deployment plan. You will be responsible for production planning for finished goods and intermediate oils, ensuring products are available to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
• Demand Management & Collaboration: Work directly with Market Demand Managers to ensure sales forecasts are robust and accurately reflect demand plans. You will lead demand inputs into SNP and participate in S&OP and demand control meetings.
• Inventory & Process Optimization: Proactively review supply shortage alerts and excess stock, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing continuous improvement (CI) plans. You will also maintain inventory levels to agreed targets and validate warehouse classifications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships with plant scheduling and material planning teams to ensure production priorities are understood. You will also work closely with NPI & Product Lifecycle teams to align product plans with production schedules.
• Data and Systems Management: Ensure the accuracy of master data in both DRP and production planning systems. You will provide accurate information to both business customers and support teams through the correct use of all information technology systems.
