Role Summary
The L1 Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for day‑to‑day execution and coordination of hardware order fulfillment, warehouse operations, courier interactions, and return (Sales Return & RMA) processes. The role acts as the first line of support for supply chain operations, ensuring timely processing, accurate system updates, and adherence to SLAs.
The Supply Chain Fulfillment & RMA team manages end‑to‑end hardware operations across order processing, warehousing, and logistics systems. The team ensures accurate and timely order execution by coordinating across Salesforce, SAP, warehouses, couriers, and distributors, handling high‑value and urgent shipments, resolving delivery and co-ordinating across the Distributor/Partner/End customer/Sales, Couriers/Freight forwarder to Deliver the replacement shipments to the customer (MEA, Europe, UK), managing defective units/sales returns and stock reconciliation, maintaining strong SLA compliance. Through proactive stakeholder coordination, process controls, and detailed tracking, the team minimizes operational risk while supporting audit, reporting, and customer commitments.
What You Will Do
- Manage end‑to‑end hardware order fulfillment by reconciling orders across SFDC, SAP, warehouse, and courier systems; prioritizing high‑value and urgent orders; tracking order status and delays; resolving stuck or failed orders; and following up on partially delivered shipments.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end courier and warehouse activities by arranging pickups and collections, organizing truck/van movements, generating AWBs and shipping labels, tracking all shipments, managing lost or damaged shipment claims, and maintaining error logs to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Manage end‑to‑end sales and stock return processes by initiating return requests, generating region‑specific return documentation, coordinating pickups with customers, distributors, couriers, and warehouses, creating ASN entries, supporting credit processing with Order Management teams, and executing Return‑to‑Own activities as required.
- Manage end‑to‑end RMA operations by reconciling orders across Sophtrac, warehouse, and courier systems; generating region‑specific dispatch documents and shipping labels; tracking RMA deliveries and collections; maintaining advance and in‑transit stock records; updating case statuses; reporting daily RMA metrics; and monitoring ageing and collection discrepancies.
- Manage stakeholder communication by handling email queries and fulfillment escalations, ensuring SLA adherence, complying with customer‑specific instructions, and maintaining accurate documentation to support audit and reporting requirements.
What You Will Bring
- 1+ years of work experience in Supply Chain
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end order‑to‑delivery supply chain processes, with hands‑on experience in SAP, Salesforce, warehouse and courier portals, supported by excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and escalation handling abilities, high accuracy in managing high‑volume operations, and proficiency in Excel‑based reporting and data tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
