Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Description
The Supply Chain Specialist manages, coordinates, implements and optimizes processes, action plans and models to ensure capacity and supply is available on time and utilized effectively. The role involves cross‑functional collaboration, data analysis, automation and continuous process improvement within our Central Supply Chain organization. Experience includes implementation and management of capacity models, demonstrated capacity improvements, anticipation of cross functional business requirements, high customer focus attitude, P&L awareness, and management of large amount of data in complex manufacturing and supply chain environments.

- Own global foundry capacity planning process, including capacity reconciliations and escalations.
- Define and maintain up-to-date capacity models in collaboration with Sourcing, Industrial Engineering and Master Data.
- Develop automated models and test capacity models and what-if analysis.
- Measure and identify capacity gaps and implement solutions to mitigate, manage and improve.
- Generate and manage models to drive capacity/supply planning decisions and manufacturing and sourcing capacity allocations.
- Serve as a proactive technical problem-solver, integrating data from multiple sources and formats to produce accurate, scalable insights.
- Collaborate with Supply and Demand Planning teams to support efficient use of capacity to enable attainable production schedules.
- Lead cross-functional teams to refine, standardize, and enhance supply chain planning processes.
- Apply automated continuous improvement methodologies to diagnose root causes, recommend solutions, and implement sustainable process enhancements.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor Supply Chain Planning or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven leadership and management skills; ability to lead and motivate.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Phyton, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with MRP, ERP, and advanced planning tools (SAP, Kinaxis).
- Experience in manufacturing, planning processes, inventory analysis, and demand forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
- Passion for digital transformation and leveraging technology to create supply chain value.
