Supply Chain Sourcing : Procurement

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking a Supply Chain Sourcing & Procurement Specialist for a leading ITES company. This role manages end-to-end procurement operations, from converting purchase requests (PR) to purchase orders (PO) and vendor master data management, primarily utilizing ERP systems like SAP and Ariba. You'll lead sourcing projects, execute RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement in indirect categories. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, ensure quality and SLA adherence, and build robust relationships across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Procurement: Manage the complete procurement cycle, including PR to PO conversion and vendor master data management.
• Sourcing & Negotiation: Lead sourcing projects, develop and execute RFPs, evaluate supplier responses, conduct negotiations, and award contracts.
• Spend Management: Perform spend analysis, identify opportunities, and deliver insightful reports.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate bid clarification, manage escalations, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to quality, accuracy, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), resolving exceptions promptly.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate.
• Experience:1-5 years in Sourcing, Procurement operations (PR to PO), Vendor Master Data Management, and Procurement Helpdesk.
• Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems like SAP and Ariba for PR to PO conversion and follow-ups.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical skills, customer-centricity, and a collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading sourcing projects, building, and executing RFPs.
• Experience in indirect procurement categories (e.g., IT, Consumables, Construction materials, HR).
