Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement / Purchase & Strategic Sourcing (One employee for Costing will be recruited. if we will start the sale of 10cr. Dispatch/month)
- Lead end-to-end procurement including strategic sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and supplier performance management.
- Develop and rationalize vendor base aligned with export quality and compliance standards.
- Drive Price &cost reduction, localization, dual sourcing, and value engineering initiatives.
- Establish long-term sourcing strategies for critical components and bought-outs parts.
- AI Implementation for coasting of product.
- Vendor Development.
2. Raw Material (RM), BOP & Inventory Management
- Plan and control RM, BOP availability in line with production and export commitments along with PPC team.
- Define safety stock, Benchmarking, and lead-time planning to optimize working capital.
- Drive reduction in inventory aging, obsolescence, and carrying cost.
- Ensure seamless coordination between Stores, PPC, Production, and Quality &NPD.
3. Finished Goods (FG) & Dispatch Operations
- Ensure strict adherence to customer-specific packing norms, barcoding, and compliance requirements.

4. Production Planning & Control (PPC)
- Lead PPC functions covering forecasting, capacity planning, line balancing, and sequencing.
- Align sales forecasts, RM procurement, production plans, and dispatch commitments.
- Monitor daily and monthly plan vs actuals and initiate corrective actions.
- Usage of AI for smooth PPC.
5. Process Excellence & Digital Enablement
- Drive First Time Right product and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish SOPs and performance dashboards across functions with help of QMS department if required.
6. Team Leadership & Governance
- Lead and develop multi-functional teams across Purchase &PPC, Stores, Dispatch, NPD coordination.
- Build strong second-line leadership and succession plans.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and execution excellence.
7. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Align RM, PPC, Purchase, Production, Quality, NPD and Dispatch for seamless execution.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives across departments.
- Lead and mentor departmental heads for departmental issues.
