Job Description
Introduction
As a Service Parts Supply Chain Specialist, you will lead and coordinate service parts planning and end-to-end operations for our clients across the Globe. You will also lead several supply chain projects, supporting the Global Parts Supply Chain management team. Additionally, your role will involve cross-functional collaboration, supplier engagement, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Role And Responsibilities
Collaborate with regional and global teams to standardize and streamline supply chain operations.
Work closely with Lead Logistics Providers (LLPs) and Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure service quality and compliance.
Strong understanding of internal processes and procedures.
Analyze logistics performance data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain audit readiness.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Strong communication skills, an analytical mindset with attention to detail, the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, excellent team spirit, stakeholder management skills, and strong presentation and reporting abilities along with a basic understanding of business administration and management, supply chain concepts, and an open mindset toward AI tools
Working knowledge of business administration and supply chain operations.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills; proficiency in Microsoft tools.
Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to follow-through.
Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments while maintaining strong team morale.
Willingness to work in shifts and collaborate across time zones.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Knowledge of supply chain performance metrics (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, lead time optimization, and service level adherence).
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and business teams to drive efficiency and value creation.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Master's in Supply Chain Management/ Operations Management
Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and inventory management.
Familiarity with data analysis tools.
Understanding of international trade, and logistics compliance.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred proficiency in supply chain analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or similar ERP/APS systems).
Exposure to process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma preferred).
Familiarity with business continuity planning (BCP) and risk mitigation frameworks.
