- Demand & Supply Planning: Develop and maintain supply plans, forecasts, and production schedules.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment, and optimize inventory to meet targets.
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors for timely material delivery, manage relationships, and evaluate performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Procurement to align goals.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, prepare reports, and track KPIs (e.g., stock availability, fulfillment).
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. Responsible for developing teams to improve supply chain effectiveness and performance, primarily through excellent technical ability and coaching.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential disruptions and develop solutions.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- MBA (Specialization in Supply chain & Operations Management) with 5-8 years of exp. of FMCG industry.
- Previous experience in supply planning and ERP / Planning Systems.
- Strong Excel skills, proficiency with supply chain software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure
