Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work as a Supply Chain Planning Consultant with hands-on involvement in demand planning and supply planning initiatives.
Participate in the implementation of supply chain planning applications such as o9, Anaplan, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, or Relix.
Analyze and design supply chain planning processes including distribution planning, master planning, and sales & operations planning.
Apply heuristic, optimization-based, and simulation-based planning approaches to solve complex supply chain problems.
Support solution configuration, testing, and validation to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Analyze large volumes of supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
Use analytical insights combined with business intuition to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
Prepare analysis outputs and present findings using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong product and domain proficiency.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clearly articulating viewpoints and managing customer expectations, even under pressure.
