Business Transformation Consultant-Supply Chain Planning

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Process Optimization

• Analyze client supply chain processes, identify gaps, and recommend transformation strategies.
• Design end-to-end solutions for demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and production scheduling.
• Drive process standardization and improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Project Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead workshops with client teams to capture requirements and validate solution designs.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business leaders, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

.Implementation & Technology Enablement

• Support implementation of supply chain planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP, or equivalent).
• Customize solutions and integrate planning systems with legacy or enterprise applications.
• Provide guidance on data management, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making.

Advisory & Continuous Improvement

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients on supply chain best practices and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants on solution design, methodology, and industry practices
