Job Description

Package Offered - Negotiable
Joining Period - Immediate Joining or after justified notice period.
Location - Bangalore/ Pune

Role & Responsibilities :
The candidate will work on one or more of the elements in an Agile environment
Understand Requirements
Prepare Sourcing Strategy based on Spend, Market & Risk Analysis
Execute RFP/Auction includes conducting negotiations with supplier
Create and Execute Contracts from Templates
Handover of Contracts
Provide inputs for Category Strategy
He/She will contribute in sharing and implement in continuous improvement
The candidate may be working on projects for any country.

Skillsets Required
Analytical mindset
Knowledge of e-Sourcing through Tool (Any application or tool)
Understanding of Strategic Sourcing (Basic to Intermediate Level) and Category Management (Intermediate Level) in IT, Professional Services, Media and Marketing
Negotiating with International Suppliers in English
Contract drafting (Intermediate Level)
Stakeholder Management (Advanced)
Agile Methodology (preferred; if not, must have basic project management knowledge for Sourcing Programs)
Good communication skills to write Sourcing Requirements and Project Reports in Tools (Intermediate Level)

Other Information:

Category based working experience (Required in anyone or more categories Professional Services, IT, Media and Marketing, Enterprise services like corporate services or Property and Fleet)
Must have a mindset to work in flexible project teams
