We, are now looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager to strengthen our online operations, streamline supply chain processes, and lead operational excellence across platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Owning the whole end-to-end B2C and B2B supply chain
- Managing inventory and order fulfilment at warehouses in different cities
- Processing orders and coordinating with warehouse for order fulfilment
- Managing logistics and coordinating with courier partners.
- Managing inventory and ensuring stock availability.
- Generating MIS reports related to logistics, inventory, orders and other operations.
- Processing B2B orders and coordinating with logistics.
- Interacting with customers and addressing their queries and concerns related to logistics.
- To keep inventories up to date, record daily shipments and deliveries.
- Reconciliation of invoices relating to operations and logistics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an E-commerce D2C environment with product listing and inventory management is essential.
- Ability to analyze data and generate MIS reports.
- Managing operations across multiple warehouses in the past is an added plus
- Proficient in MS Excel- VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc (Formulas and commands)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Prior experience in team working and leadership.
- Prior experience with e-commerce platforms is a must with at least 4-7 year of experience.
- The individual should be self-motivated & up to the quality level of task fulfilment
