About the Company

The company has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Supply Chain Operations Manager who can keep inventory flowing across a growing hub-and-spoke network. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As Supply Chain Operations Manager, you will own planning across a multi-hub distribution network and keep service levels steady as volumes grow.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Execution

• Own demand and supply planning cycles across procurement, production, and distribution
• Track inventory health and resolve stock-out or overstock risks before they hit the business
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to hit lead-time and cost targets

Process & Reporting

• Build the reporting cadence that gives leadership visibility into supply chain KPIs
• Lead root-cause reviews on delivery misses and drive corrective actions
• Identify and implement process improvements across the supply chain function

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6 to 10 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles with clear ownership of planning cycles
• Comfortable working with ERP and planning systems for inventory and demand data
• Track record of managing supplier or logistics-partner relationships
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• A certification such as APICS/CSCP or equivalent supply chain training
• Experience in a multi-site or multi-country supply chain
