The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost, reduces inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world class service.
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain -Coordinate closely with the logistics, shipping agents / comapmies for the scheduling of all bookings and shipments to ensure smooth and timely excution of export order along with coordinate and follow up with CHA for timely execution of orders
- Customer Interface - Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer response for orders and payments and resolve all customer issues and manage export shipments and collabrate with the service providers to execute smooth execution
- MIS- Maintrain appropriate data, update, analysis, and circulate reports like pending reports, inventory management, remittence sheet, etc. as per agreed schedule
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operation and equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of supply chain experience
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience in SCM Software
- Analytical skills, exporrts and local sales operations, customer service
