What you'll do

• Build and launch consumer brands from 0 → 1.
• Own day-to-day ecommerce and brand operations.
• Manage global suppliers, sourcing and product procurement.
• Own international logistics and supply chain operations.
• Work with manufacturers, vendors and fulfilment partners.
• Manage ecommerce platforms, marketplaces and product listings.
• Monitor inventory, margins, pricing and operational performance.
• Identify supply chain issues and solve them quickly.
• Work across marketing, product and operations to grow the brand.
• Test products, suppliers and new markets to find growth opportunities.
• Build processes that make the business easier to scale.

Who we're looking for

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with global supply chains and international ecommerce.
• Hands-on experience with global consumer brands.
• Strong dropshipping experience.
• Someone who has taken a brand from 0 → 1.
• Strong commercial and operational instincts.
• Comfortable working across sourcing, suppliers, logistics and ecommerce.
• Highly hands-on and comfortable operating without a playbook.
• Someone who can move quickly and figure things out independently.

Useful but not required

Experience scaling DTC brands, working with US/EU markets, cross-border logistics, performance marketing, ecommerce marketplaces, international suppliers, and managing a brand through its early growth stage.
